In her vagina :| What do I have to do regarding nappies? And I'm tandem nursing, should all three of us take acidophilus?

Don't know about b'feeding, sorry, but her nappies should be washed at 60 degrees until she is clear of the thrush. If you store them in the same wetbag/buckets as Ash's, his will need to be washed at 60 as well for the duration.

Wash nappys on 60* until fully cleared up, 60* temp will definately kill thrush :)
